Call Back local is an exciting new network service designed for contact centres and businesses making outbound calls to any 01,02 or Mobile number either residential or business.

Call Back Local offers you the ability to present a local telephone number based on the location the customer is actually in.

e.g.

A Contact Centre in Manchester is calling customers throughout the UK, their dialler / agent initiates a call to a customers mobile, the customer resides in Leeds as the contact centre uses Call Back Local the customers phone automatically displays 0113 on their mobile as this is where the customer lives. At the same time the dialler initiates a call to a customer in Newcastle, in this instance Call Back Local presents an 0191 number.

The likely hood of a customer answering a local number presented on their mobile or at home is greatly increased against presenting the usual Withheld, 08 number or out of area number. The number presented 0113, 0191 etc. are live numbers and if missed these numbers can be called back on. These numbers are routed directly to your contact centre on a pre determined and configurable destination number.

Call Back Local removes a great number of traditional issues seen when calling customers and removes any call cost issues from customers calling you back.
