Croydon Council Chooses NeXT Replay Call
Recording...
The London Borough of
Croydon Contact Centre was faced with the problem of
having to record their calls whilst also giving
consideration to the procedural implementation and
historically very expensive hardware costs…
Initially to prove
the concept LBC engaged NeXT Replay on a one month
trial period which was set up working with the
council IT and Telecoms departments.
The trial proved
extremely successful and subsequently was chosen to
be implemented across the LBC offices.
